We have two gatherings on a Sunday of contemporary worship, teaching and ministry – Half Four and Half Six. Both are the same in style and content, but our Half Four service has a programme designed for children from 0-11 years.
As culture shifts and tastes develop, the way we worship God musically will change too. We aim to create a vibrant worship atmosphere where people can meet with God easily whilst appealing to those who may just be dropping in. We usually have six or seven songs each service led by our band, with lyrics provided on screen. See a playlist of songs that we frequently sing at regen.
We aim for engaging and challenging talks that empower you for the whole week, whatever age or background you’re from, whether you know Jesus personally or not. We love to tell stories at regen to help explain points, or to draw parallels with what happened in the Bible to current events. A lot of the time there will be personal testimony – experiences from the speaker’s own life – but sometimes they’re told by the great modern storyteller, YouTube.
We're currently going through a series called Live Wise Live Well .
At every service we offer the opportunity for prayer ministry, where someone who is specially trained can pray with you. It doesn’t matter what you’d like prayer for, whether it’s something that’s resonated with you in the talk, a worry you have or some healing you may need – we’d love to pray with you. We ask that guys pray with guys and girls with girls – it just helps keep things simple.
If you’re new to regeneration, please feel free to hang around before Church in our Welcome Lounge where we would love to chat to you and offer you some free refreshments.
The Welcome Lounge is in the side hall, to the left of the main Church building
If you plan on coming with children, we recommend you go to our Half Four gathering. Both of our services will be the same in style and content, but this has a tailored programme for different age groups and takes place at a more suitable time for families.
