Jesus promised all those who put their faith and trust in Him that he would lead them into a new and abundant life, filled with joy and His presence (John 3, John 8:31, John 10 and John 14 and 15).
As disciples of Jesus, it is our responsibility to order our lives around Him and His Kingdom. We are to learn from Him (Matthew 11:28-30, Luke 10), do as He did (John 5 and John 14:12), and remain obedient to all that He taught us when He walked this earth (Matthew 28:16-20).
We do this in part through community – attending Circles, prayer meetings, and Sunday services – and by investing in our own discipleship through regularly reading the Bible and further study.
